Reporting to the General Manager, Ageing Well, you will be responsible for undertaking support planning activities in a time planner and ensuring that a high-quality service is provided and that the services provided are compliant and meet all regulatory obligations.

About You

Excellent knowledge of various aged care programs aligning with Consumer Direction and Wellness and reablement
Knowledge and understanding of needs affecting older people
Sound organisational and time management skills, including the ability to create and maintain staff rosters
Auslan Skills or willingness to obtain Auslan skills
Current Drivers Licence
You should also let us know if you have these other great skills:
Formal qualifications in community, social or human services or extensive experience in the area of aged care
Knowledge of the issues involved in working with Deaf older people
Current First Aid Certificate
