- $43.82 hour + super
There a multiple opportunities available in Newcastle. These are 12 month assignments and will be paying $43.82 per hour plus super.
Duties will include:
- Analysing participants records using a range of policies, practice guidance and legislation to make funding decisions
- Work with participants and their representatives via phone to identify current circumstances and spending patterns
- Maintain high quality records and adhere to process guidelines and operating procedures
- Research and review decisions and manage moderately complex cases
- Administration tasks and data entry
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work to and meet key performance indicators
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide information and advice to a range of stakeholders
- Data analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Competency with IT systems
- Experience working in a Disability, Service Delivery or Government setting would be advantageous
As this role sits within the Federal Government, applicants are required to hold Australian Citizenship and be willing to undergo a Federal Goevrnment security check if successful.
