Agency Partner, Independent Agencies ANZ

Summary:
Meta is seeking a strong, experienced Agency Partner to grow Independent Agencies in Australia & New Zealand using Meta's advertising solutions. You'll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing scale and growth across a siverse portfolio of agencies. Agency partners are directly responsible for building relationships with agencies and helping them achieve their business goals as well as drive results for their clients through strategic consultation, education, and support. You will be directly responsible for meeting revenue, growth and product targets across your book of business which will consist of 15-20 agencies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cross-network solutions selling and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers to drive new business and incremental revenue, alongside a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales and client service skills, a solid understanding of the agency landscape, a collaborative and innovative spirit, and must be comfortable working within a fast moving and entrepreneurial environment

- Provide best-in-class client service and partnership and firmly establish Meta as a leading brand building and business driving platform
- Act as the primary liaison, internal advocate and thought leader for your Agency Partners with a specific focus on key C-Level and influencer constituents
- Execute a client-first approach while delivering against revenue, growth and product goals
- Develop short, mid and long term partnership plans and deliver against shared goals to deliver great partner experience in the market
- Become an expert in Meta advertising solutions and deliver education to Agency Partners to scale to their clients
- Identify opportunities for growth
- plan, forecast, deliver and track against these to drive incremental revenue
- Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase Agency Partnership and sentiment
- Develop solutions to optimize team workflows and improve team efficiency
- Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of solutions for the agency Represent Meta at conferences, event and webinars
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience at media or digital advertising agencies, account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, sales or consulting
- Significant proven successful experience in sales and marketing through the development of strategic relationships
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical or complicated ideas into ordinary and simple terms
- Ability to solve problem effectively and skills in analytics
- Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Fluent in English
