Role Specifics:
In this role you'll dive into the exciting world of the Stretch Mark (Mother Care) and Face & Lip categories. You'll lead these categories, driving everything from strategy and new product introductions, retailer planning and end-user communications. With a consumer-centric approach, you'll delve into data analysis, financial modelling, cross-functional project management and creative design and communications, ensuring that every day is diverse, interesting and satisfying.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working closely with other internal stakeholders, business partners and the global team, this role's key accountabilities include:
- Own category performance, P&L, A&P budget
- Lead ongoing reporting of in-market and commercial performance delivering actionable insights and continuous improvement
- Build deep category knowledge across global/AU and consistently educate others on the consumer & marketplace to drive a consumer-orientation
- Develop, present, execute and evaluate annual business plans
- Develop associated category strategy, including consumer segmentation, targeting and positioning in line with category business objectives and brand ambitions
- Drive commercial goals in a collaborative approach with Sales Team & Retailers to achieve business objectives.
- Lead the development and ongoing management of category/product activity and campaigns as signed off at brand planning and in line with Masterbrand and distinctive asset development
- For the region, provide cross-functional leadership of brand innovation or product projects, project management in line with process/tools, and execution of launch plans including supporting retailer engagement or relevant distributor/market requirements
- Coordinate inputs, management and mapping of NPD funnel including needs/opportunities and required steps across AU & SE Asia Export
- Manage all required elements across portfolio on product management, category information, internal communications & requests
- Develop trusted relationships between local departments & US/Global
- Establish & maintain quality agency/3rd-party relationships that achieve outstanding results
We would love to hear from you if you have marketing/brand management experience driving and leading multiple cross-functional project teams and have a proven track record as a strategic thinker that builds up strong rationales that are insight and data driven.
You will need to be a strong communicator & influencer plus a diligent & organised planner, able to manage & monitor challenging priorities, timelines and milestones to deliver multiple business critical goals on time.
You must be degree qualified, in a related business or marketing discipline, highly self-motivated, proactive, positive and passionate.

- Brand &/or product management experience, and have been through cycle(s) of brand strategy and planning

- Experience working with global brand owner/HQ for domestic brand implementation
- FMCG Field Sales / Account Management exposure (in addition marketing specific roles)
- Understanding of the Asia/Pacific region/market
