Funny name, serious businessWe make eco-friendly products and donate 50% of our profits to provide clean water and help build toilets for the billions of people who lack proper access. So far, we’ve contributed over $11.22 million AUD (roughly $7.5 million USD) to fund sanitation projects around the globe. Basically, we’re really good at doing good.
With hubs in Australia, the Philippines, China, the US, UK and Europe, our amazing team of 200+ work to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next couple of years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.
A bit about the roleOur Digital Product team have been reimagining what it’s like to buy and subscribe to our amazing products, optimising and improving our site for our beloved customer along the way. So far, this transformation has had the team working on big projects like going headless and driving down tech debt, to delivering and delighting our customers and setting the scene for exciting new Acquisition, Retention, and Platform projects.
We are seeking an accomplished Agile Delivery Lead, who will serve as a central point of contact and accountability for project delivery - driving efficiency, collaboration and excellence within the team. Reporting to the Agile Delivery Manager, your focus will be on the detailed understanding of the product roadmap and quarterly delivery expectations. By adeptly utilising Agile methodologies, you'll strategically plan and organise work to set the squad up for success while cultivating an environment that nurtures continuous growth and improvement.
We’re hiring for this role for our Australian hub and we welcome applications from anywhere in Australia. Our Digital Product team spans across the US and Australia and works mostly remote-first. And while we’re not totally immune to the effects of time zones challenging how we come together, we’ve done plenty of testing on our ways of working and currently have our Digital Product team committing up to 4 hours per day of collaboration time which sees our US team aligning to PST afternoons and our Australian team diving into earlier mornings.
