Job description
Agile Delivery Lead is currently required for an 8 month contract to ensure agile principles are applied throughout a large asset management /transportation program of work.
You will be required to perform the following:
Agile Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the multi-disciplinary team in applying agile methodologies, promoting accountability, collaboration, and high-quality delivery within the program
Program Management: Coordinate and oversee the agile aspects of the program to ensure timelines are met, resources are efficiently allocated, and deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure requirements are understood and addressed, building support for the business case.
Data Analysis and Performance Modelling: Lead the agile streams of data analysis and
performance modelling to support the evidence base for decision-makers, ensuring insights and recommendations are actionable and aligned with program goals.
Risk and Change Management: Identify and manage potential Agile Delivery risks,developing mitigation strategies and supporting change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of new or enhanced capabilities.
Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement within the team, leveraging feedback and data to refine and enhance agile practices and outcomes.
To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Agile Delivery Lead who has proven experience in leading agile teams within complex, multi disciplinary programs preferably in asset management.
