ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Agile Project Manager, your primary duties will encompass:
- Project planning and initiation - collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope and requirements. Coordinate with department leads to assign project team members and manage workload distribution.
- Project execution and monitoring - oversee and monitor the execution of project tasks ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Stakeholder management - engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates and address concerns.
- Quality assurance and risk management - implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of deliverables. Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation plans and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation and reporting - maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports and meeting minutes. Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, milestones and roadblocks.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal applicant will possess:
Qualifications/Experience
- Prior experience working in innovative software companies
- Prior experience in a similar project role, ideally in a Tech start up/scale up environment
- Qualification(s) or proven experience in project management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile and Waterfall
- Qualification(s) or proven experience implementing and managing project management tools such as Jira, Trello etc.
- Proven track record of effectively managing complex technical projects from initiation to closure
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Jira certification ideal
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, or data analytics technologies

- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to managing project systems and producing quality documentation
- Excellent communication skills with a positive approach to engaging with internal stakeholders
