About the role
The Agreements and Contracts Consultant is accountable for the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of programs, initiatives and services and ensuring agreements, contracts and tenders are compliant with relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks and policies. This role is responsible for providing high level support and expert advice to the development, implementation and evaluation of agreement and contract frameworks and templates, draft new proposals, agreements, contracts and tenders and is responsible for maintaining a central repository of all agreements, tenders and contracts.
The Agreements and Contracts Consultant controls, coordinates and delivers follow-up services to a wide range of internal and external clients and stakeholders to ensure the timely finalisation of all agreements, contracts and tenders at TAFE SA. The role provides expert advice and support on complex matters to the team and other stakeholders across different TAFE SA business units on the policies and processes for developing and finalising new proposals, agreements, contracts and tenders.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
