Reporting to the General Manager – Construction, you will enjoy the enviable position of working on selectively targeted prestigious commercial and industrial projects and negotiated contracts. As the Contracts Manager / Contracts Administration Team Leader, you will liaise with many discerning and often repeat clients, facilitating commercial, contractual and financial responsibilities of construction execution.You will develop processes, establish important milestones and manage timely gatepost control procedureswhile maintaining and enhancing key client and business relationships. 

Tertiary qualifications in Construction or Built Environment with understanding of Building Design, Quantity Surveying and Estimating will enhance your overall knowledge and value proposition. Your ability to develop, mentor and lead Contracts and Construction teams as a key commercial, contractual, and technical resource will be key to your success. Experience inTEAM LEADERship, project administration, cost planning, estimating and local market knowledge will set you apart in the industry. Your strategic outlook, initiative and the flexibility to accommodate changing priorities will enhance your suitability and the rewards that follow.
