An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Officer to join a State Government department in Perth CBD. This role is for an immediate start, on an initial 6-month temporary contract.
Your new role
- Facilitate the delivery of specified programs and/or projects
- Provides advice and consultation that inform policy advice
- Coordinate and implement agreed grant management methodologies, principles and templates
- Facilitate continuous knowledge improvement of contract, program and/or project management concepts and standards
- Proactively builds and maintains working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Substantial experience as a Project Officer is essential
- Previous experience in agreements and contract management
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Planner)
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
