Based in Emerald, Queensland, one of the big four, we are on the lookout for our next Junior/Senior Agribusiness Banking Manager to join a dynamic team. With an impressive portfolio of Agribusiness clients, our client offers fully integrated corporate solutions spanning the entire agricultural supply chain, from farm to plate and beyond. Collaborate with industry-leading experts and leverage our extensive network to drive tangible outcomes for the valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Corporate Agribusiness Banking customers and Referral partners.
• Identify new Agribusiness opportunities and establish robust networks.
• Assess economic value and risk potential of new ventures.
• Maintain portfolio credit risk profile and profitability.
• Implement initiatives to drive customer growth locally.
• Analyse annual cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth.
• Sanction lending within delegated authorities and prepare lending proposals.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations.

Role Requirements:

• Experienced relationship manager with a degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification (e.g., CA, PY, ACCA, MBA, CIB).
• Background in Australian Agriculture with credit assessment experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of Agribusiness, including post-farm-gate practices.
• Strong focus on customer growth, lending, credit assessment, and control.
