Due to the continued growth and expansion of the business nationally we are seeking an energetic Apprentice who is eager to learn and has a passion for becoming a Tradie and who will be an asset to our strong team long term.
The role…
Reporting to the NSW Regional Supervisors, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop being trained on all facets of servicing and diagnosing Residential and Commercial Air Conditioners. You will service the Greater Sydney areas and, as required, start each morning on customer sites, or may be required to attend our Office in Marsden Park.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Servicing and maintaining residential and commercial Air Conditioning units and repairs
- High level of customer service
- Maintaining and complying with work safety standards
- Employment Training attendance at TAFE
The successful applicant must have the ability to interact with customers in a positive and constructive manner while responding to complex situations. The ability and willingness to identify problems and originate and implement solutions is critical. Other key attributes include:
- Must be currently or willing to commence studying towards a trade certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Strong Customer Service focus
- Effective Communication skills and ability to work as a team member
- Be well presented
- Have a current Class C Drivers licence
- Construction Induction Card (White Card) preferred not essential
- Ability to use own initiative when required
- Possess a positive attitude towards own self development
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Having own transport will be an advantage but not a necessity
