An Air Seeder Operator OR Sprayer Operator is required for a large family operated broadacre farm with a 13,500Ha cropping program in Varley, WA (4.5 hours south-east of Perth). Starting early April until early June, you must have spraying experience. Operating either a John Deere tractor with 18m Ausplow bin and
AIR SEEDER or a John Deere R4045 self-propelled sprayer with 36m boom. Accommodation with an evening meal provided along with an hourly rate depending on previous experience. You will be well looked after by this lovely farming family. This is a non-smoking property.Good things to know:
- Lovely family operated property with 13,500Ha cropping program;
- Team of 9 (3 permanent and 5 casuals);
- Located 4½ hours south-east of Perth.
About the role:
- Starting early-April until early June;
- 12 hour shifts;
- Seeding: Operating John Deere tractor with 18m Ausplow bin and AIR SEEDER;
- Spraying: Operating a John Deere R4045 self-propelled sprayer with 36m boom.
About you:
- Must have air seeding OR SPRAYing experience;
- Good communication skills;
- Positive attitude;
- Adaptable to differing circumstances at work;
- Strictly non-smoker.
