You will play a pivotal role in our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) account, focusing on hiring complex and niche financial professionals.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic talent advisory and planning to support stakeholders and business leaders within the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and define current and future skills requirements, contributing to effective workforce planning.
- Initiate diverse sourcing activities to ensure a consistent supply of qualified candidates meeting the unique demands of the insurance and financial services industry.
- Engage with hiring managers and candidates regularly, delivering updates on the recruitment process.
- Comply with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) protocols to ensure accurate and real-time data input for candidates.
- Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, briefing, preparing candidates, and negotiating remuneration packages.
- Share market insights and competitor intelligence to educate hiring managers on supply and demand trends in the financial services talent market.
- Proven experience in financial services industry recruitment
- Success in filling complex niche roles within past organisations
- In-house or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience is essential, with a background in agency recruitment considered advantageous.
- Highly organised, with effective time management skills.
- Thrives in structured environments and follows established processes.
