Job Description:
As a specialist Airconditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various types of HVAC equipment with a focus on Clivet chillers.
The ideal candidate will have had a experience with Clivet chillers and past experience with dismantling and
rebuilding chillers for tight hard to access plant room. A strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills,
and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients will be essential.
Responsibilities:
- Laser alignments, repairs and maintenance for pumps and compressor.
- Conduct routine maintenance on chillers to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and Refrigeration issues with chillers, pumps and related
- An understanding of BMS systems.
- Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance tasks according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Troubleshoot chiller systems to identify root causes of malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Document all service and maintenance activities accurately and thoroughly.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide recommendations for chiller upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Pump and Heat Exchanger assembly, welding and general plumbing in the factory as required.
- Dismantle, reassemble and testing of chillers as required.
- Promote Masterflow.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
- Suitable certification or relevant experience.
- At least two years of experience in a similar environment.
- Proven experience on Chiller dismantling and rebuilding and commissioning of same.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration principles, chiller operation, and control systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components of chillers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
