A position for an experienced Customer Service Receptionist has become available. This role sits within our Front Gardens Department and is primarily responsible for providing excellent Customer Service levels via both phone and email channels. Operational tasks following customer contact will be a key part of this role, along with other general office duties such as orders.
To be considered for this role you will ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years working in a Customer Service role.
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email and in person.
- Highly organised.
- Good at multitasking and prioritising.
- Good at problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Experience in the landscaping industry (preferred not required)
