We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our team in an Assistant Aircraft Technical Records/Stores Person role. The successful applicant will be driven, display an autonomous, mature attitude toward their work and show excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining and updating Aircraft Technical records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Organise and manage aircraft maintenance documentation, including logbooks, work orders, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory levels of aircraft parts, tools, and supplies.
Receive and inspect incoming aircraft parts and supplies, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Prepare and process paperwork related to receiving, issuing, and returning aircraft parts and supplies.
Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels.
Support the efficient operation of the aircraft maintenance department by performing various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in aviation maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in aircraft maintenance, technical records management, or inventory control preferred.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and documentation requirements (e.g., FAA, CASA regulations) is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and inventory management software, Aeronet, CAMP, CESCOM.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
