- Provide input and advice on import strategies, documentation preparation, and clearance through relevant authorities.
- Participate in designing and implementing billing strategies for accurate and effective delivery of billing information.
- Implement and manage operational plans and processes to support the location.
- Optimize process efficiencies and personnel synergies across Customer Operations, billing, and program management.

- Make independent decisions impacting both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with others to reach optimal decisions that moderately impact the company.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Airfreight Import forwarding plans and budgets.
- Lead transactional operations, ensuring high operational quality standards and billing accuracy.
- Monitor shipment statuses, resolve incidents, and ensure proper implementation of customer services.
- Act as a subject matter expert for customer operational questions.
- Review account performances to win new business and retain existing clients.
- Partner with internal functions and global service centres to optimise service and performance.
- Analyse complex issues, identify opportunities, and introduce best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field, including at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Degree in Management or Industry-related fields.
- Strong customer management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of customs requirements.
- Experience with DGF operating systems, tracking, third-party logistics, and workflow automation.
- Ability to identify and meet customer needs efficiently and pleasantly.
- Proven experience in using accounting systems and strong analytical skills.
- Solid experience in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and charts.
