Ericsson Australia is currently searching for an established sales and engagement professional to join the team as an Customer Operations Manager. Based in Sydney, NSW, Australia, you will be responsible for leading a multi-million dollar account, while working with an established team of senior sales and solution authorities.
You will be directly responsible for generating growth across an existing account which has a healthy and continually growing pipeline. Partnering with different contacts across the designated customer account, you will strategize new ways to expand business opportunities for the customer and Ericsson!
About this opportunity:Innovate, inspire and influence as a Customer Operations Manager at Ericsson. Serving as a key conduit between Key Account Managers (KAM) and Service Delivery teams, you will oversee all contract and operational fulfilments towards our customers. This multifaceted role allows for engagement throughout the full life cycle of the commercial process, ensuring performance levels are met or exceeded. As an integral component of the Core-3 engagement team, you're the Contract Fulfilment Responsible (CFR), elevating the customer experience to new heights. Additional responsibilities include involvement in Project Steering Groups corresponding to your commercial tasks, along with facilitating compliance to our organization's directives, environmental and health safety standards, legal obligations and commitment to data security.
What you will do:
- Align expectations and track progress among stakeholders, ensuring risk management and focus on contractual deliveries.
- Represent KAMs and Service Delivery organizations within Steering Groups, upholding the financial performance to contracts with focus on cash flow and margins.
- Drive process and tool development, focusing on delivery simplification through the product life cycle management process.
