The Position
- Report to the National Operations Manager and manage the end to end airfreight process
- Liaise with carriers, airlines and internal teams to ensure seamless service
- Respond to client rate and service enquiries
- Negotiate rates with carriers and clients
- Provide quotations for "one off shipments" as required
- Prepare end of month reports
- Support internal teams
