ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be a ADM and Refund specialist working in the Amadeus GDS ideally based in Sydney within our in-house ticketing team. The ADM and Refund specialist is critical to supporting our operational teams with expert knowledge of, ADM administration, disputing, management, charging and training and assistance with Amadeus GDS refunds.
This role focuses on managing the ADM process for a specialised part of the CTM business, the refunds of domestic and international airline tickets The successful candidate will have a great knowledge of the Amadeus GDS system and BSP Link. An advanced knowledge of Airline Airfares and airline ticketing rules and processes, procedures and systems
