As a Swissport Customer Service Agent, you'd play a vital role in our airport operation. The airport is a fast-paced and safety focused team environment.
Responsibilities of the role:
Customer Service Agents play an integral role in ensuring a positive passenger journey from the terminal to the aircraft. Renowned for their helpfulness, knowledge, and courtesy, our Customer Service team is dedicated to treating each passenger with kindness, respect, and a perpetually warm smile.
Operating as a cohesive unit, we collaborate closely while upholding unwavering commitments to safety and meeting airline schedules. In the dynamic, safety-driven environment of the airport, our team consistently delivers safe and efficient services on behalf of the numerous airlines that rely on Swissport for ground services.
Work hours are adaptable to accommodate airline schedules, including early mornings, late-night shifts, and weekends.
Please note this opportunity is located in Broome and unfortunately no accommodation will be provided.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
