To assist in the safe and effective operations of the Albury Airport terminal, through the provision of excellent customer service and promotion of regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & experience
- Class C (standard) Driver's Licence (compulsory to have and maintain)
- Australian Security Identification Card (compulsory to have and maintain)
- Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent relevant experience
- Relevant experience in customer service and/or airport operation
- General office administration, including accurate records maintenance.
- Issue visitors passes.
- Collect and maintain operational records relating to airport functions such as passenger numbers and flight schedules.
- Conduct site inductions for persons needing to enter restricted areas.
- Provide effective customer service and direct Airport patrons around the facility.
- Undertake security sweeping when required.
Hours
Based on a 38 hour week, working a minimum of 25 hours per week, with actual days and times being in accordance with the 7-day facility roster
