What you will be doing:
- Greeting guests and welcoming them to the lounge
- Ensuring the check in process runs smoothly and handing guest questions professionally and in a timely manner
- Making sure the reception and lounge areas are always well prepared, cleaned and monitored at all times
- Answering telephone/ email enquiries and liaising with airlines
- Replenishing food and beverages in the food counters and refrigerators in a timely and hygienic manner
- Ensure sufficient stock levels of amenities are available
- Collecting dirty plates, glassware and rubbish from the tables and lounge area
- Establishing and maintaining good customer relations with our Lounge guests
