Form of workDue to growth, we are recruiting MULTIPLE Control Room site based in the CBD at our corporate client's 24/7 site.
Details of the role:
Position: Fulltime Relievers -Control Room sites
Requirements: Control Room on Security License and must have 24-7 availability
18:30-06:30 & 06:30-18:30
2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights
* Previous Experience in Control Room and Alarm Monitoring
* High Level of Communication Skills and Attention to detail
* Ability to work in a Team Setting
* Ability to work a rotational roster across a 24/7 Operation
* Flexibility to work across multiple sites within the City
Remuneration:
Suitable Candidates will receive Full Training on site across 10x sessions
On completion will receive VicEA Level 4 payscale with 5weeks Annual Leave
Full uniform provided with ongoing opportunity to train across
Responsibilities include:
* Working in a Control Room environment
* Monitoring an access control platform and responding to alarms both on-site and at remote client locations
* Making of access and photo access cards
* Monitoring of CCTV
* Key/card management
* Contractor management
* Afterhours site patrols of both office space and plant rooms
Our ideal candidates will have:
* A valid VIC security license (Control Room endorsment on license)
* A valid first aid certificate
* Prior experience in CCTV and access control platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced computer skills
* Ability to be well-presented at all times
