We deal with over 1800 promotional companies around Australia and aim to be recognised as one of the leaders in design, marketing, and distribution of branded Golf Accessories, other specialist printed promotional products and embroidery for corporate uniforms!
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join us for a Customer Service and Admin / Data entry role. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. If you're looking for a stable and friendly work environment this is the place for you!
About the role:
- Customer Service: Answering incoming calls with energy and enthusiasm, resolving customer queries promptly.
- Sales Support: Collaborating with our Sales Representatives and Distributor Network, ensuring their needs are met.
- Order Processing: Accurately processing orders from various channels (phone, web, in-person).
About you:
- Energy and enthusiasm!
- Solid organisation skills – you can manage a busy role
- Proactive and reliable: You take initiative and can be trusted to follow through on tasks.
- Excellent communication skills: You're articulate on the phone, in writing, and in person.
- Organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or administration is a plus
- Familiarity with MYOB is beneficial.
