Join the Civmec Team This is a great opportunity for various qualified Electricians, Boilermakers and Mechanical Fitters to join our Maintenance and Refractory team working in the South-West region in Western Australia. We have several ongoing roles available for commencement in ASAP working on a Monday to Friday roster. Local Applications will be highly regarded. The Role Duties and responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the below. Maintenance Fitter duties on general Plant Equipment & Systems Installation and alignment of new components including Motors & Gear Boxes Solid understanding of current Australian Welding Standards. Welding techniques including, but not limited to, MMAW, FCAW and Arc air gouging. Interpret drawings and specifications and ensure correct installation. Installation of devices and instruments and other electrical components Read, apply technical documentation supplied. About You To be successful in this role you will meet the below criteria: Australian Recognised Trade Certificate Intermediate/Advanced Rigging Ticket (highly regarded) Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and regular/random drug and alcohol screens Additional Tickets will be highly regarded Civmec + You At Civmec, we offer an inclusive workplace built on family values, with a ‘Never Assume' culture, sustained by our experienced and supportive management team.
