Multi-Skilled Service Coordinator

About the role:
Are you an administrator with a diverse background in Trade, Service, or Maintenance Industries? Perhaps you were a Receptionist for an Electrical Company, or a Plumber - maybe you worked in a Construction Office or Engineering Consultancy Firm? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Multi-Skilled Service Coordinator!As a Multi-Skilled Service Coordinator, you will plan, schedule and coordinate work for technicians and sub-contractors, ensuring they have necessary resources, materials and information to complete their tasks efficiently and effectively. You will be involved in managing purchase orders, invoices, and the daily running of the office including email and phone communications, stationary ordering, and greeting of any guests.Location:
North BrisbaneResponsibilities:
Manage the day to day operation of the office through administrative support, concierge engagements, filing, and stock control.
Act as a liaison between clients and field technicians, to schedule, coordinate, and adjust bookings and work orders.
Uphold excellent written and verbal communication.
Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Greet guests and maintain a tidy reception area and board room.
Act as the fact of the business to answer, resolve, or redirect customer inquiriesQualifications:
Previous admin experience in a trade services office.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
