The RoleWelcome to your new role as the Retailer and Shopper Support Specialist. This is a 12 month fixed term contract where you will be supporting the national roll out of the online and instore rewards programme. Some of the duties include:
- Meet Shopper and Retailer satisfaction goals and co-ordinate with the Customer Service team to achieve this
- Manage relationships and complaints with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a positive working relationship with interstate teams, retailers, suppliers and vendors as you will be liaising with them on a daily basis
- Compile and generate reports amongst other administrative duties

About You- Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Support, Retailer and Support Shopper Specialist, Ecommerce background
- Customer Service skills
- FMCG industry experience is a bonus
- Versatile, easy going and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
