The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

We seek a Con­crete Fin­ish­er who will work as a part of the con­crete fin­ish­ing team, under­tak­ing all aspects of con­crete con­struc­tion and repair to Coun­cil’s and facil­i­ties.

Your respon­si­bil­i­ties will include under­tak­ing a range of more com­plex con­crete con­struc­tion and repairs, oper­ate and main­tain work vehi­cles, plant (includ­ing con­crete saw and boom crane) and tools to a safe stan­dard and iden­ti­fy any nec­es­sary repairs, accu­rate dai­ly work records and report any issues includ­ing nec­es­sary repairs to the team leader/​super­vi­sor , take rea­son­able care to ensure team mem­bers actions or omis­sions do not adverse­ly affect the health and safe­ty of oth­ers and report port haz­ards, acci­dents, inci­dents and near-miss­es to the Man­ag­er as soon as practicable.
