At All About Bitumen and Asphalt, we specialise in small civil construction AND ASPHALT pavement woks. Being part of the team at All About Bitumen and Asphalt, you will experience a wide range of tasks and different jobs on a daily basis. The successful applicant will join an existing longstanding team, who all share the same passion to deliver the highest quality of product for our clients.
Qualifications & experience
- No experience required, but you must possess the following personal traits - Relentless work ethic (working 50-60 hours 5 days a week), honesty, ability to work and respect co - workers, eager to learn and enjoy coming to work
- Hold current Australian Drivers license
- Be able to pass a drug and alcohol, and pre - employment medical test
- Be able to pass a police clearance
- A willingness to learn and adapt to the way we do things at All About Bitumen and Asphalt
- Working hours vary between 50 - 60 hours 5 days a week. Weekend work is available to all employees, but not expected by the employer
Tasks & responsibilities

- Surface preparation AND ASPHALT placement
- Carpark and road repair, trench reinstatement, carpark construction, residential driveway construction
- Not an essential requirement, truck driving and operating a skidsteer
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Arrive on site looking presentable. Uniforms provided
