What’s on offer?
We are seeking a full-time All Round Plant Operator for our Spray Seal crew based in Hazelmere. The role involves operating various machines and equipment to apply chip seal, asphalt and other materials to produce spray seal road surfacing applications.
This position will suit candidates looking to grow within the industry who are enthusiastic, have a keen attitude and a willingness to learn.
To be successful in this position you will require the following skills/experience;
- Hold a current MR/HR Licence as a minimum
- Have relevant industry cards, e.g. Construction Induction Card
- A positive attitude, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Possess a strong commitment to safety
- Someone who enjoys an outdoor working environment
- Have licence(s) on various mobile plant
- Must be available for overtime, weekends and to travel away from home as required
- Have previous experience in the industry (advantageous)
