Commercial Property Manager
Oak is proud to partner with our client that is an established, market-leading Commercial Real Estate firm located in the CBD.
With an extensive portfolio of assets under management, they are seeking an experienced, driven Commercial Property Manager to join their vibrant team located at their state-of-the-art, modern office. Reporting to the head of department, you will be responsible for overseeing a mixed portfolio of 140 tenancies - primarily retail and office with some industrial.

Also on offer are a range of benefits including WFH flexibility, early finish on Fridays and a generous incentive scheme that offers commissions up to $20K per year.
The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of 140 commercial properties, mix of retail, office and industrial
- Deliver a high quality of service to owners and tenants
- Attend internal & external business commitments
- Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders
- Take full ownership of lease negotiations, reviews, renewals, arrears, inspections and vacancies
- See that company policies and procedures are followed to ensure owner's objectives and investment strategies.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Commercial Property Management
- Capacity to negotiate and deal with conflict
- Agents Representative Certificate and drivers license
- Understanding of the Retail Leases Act
- Experience with Cirrus 8 software ideally (not essential)
- Enthusiastic and ability to work autonomously - be a self-starter
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and time-management
- Well-maintained and manageable portfolio
