Senior Manager

Manage 11 Buildings, High Density in Melbourne's Inner Suburbs as a Senior Owners Corporation Manager $130,000 + Super Leave early 12pm on Fridays

Working with us in our Melbourne City Office, this role is due to growth. We are seeking the right person to join us as a Senior Owners Corporation Manager, taking over 11 Buildings in CBD, Southbank & Docklands.

Ideally a manager with high density experience for this role is ideal, as the portfolio comprises several 200+ lot buildings. This is one of our cleanest portfolios and role is available due to expansion of the team.

This is a professional, structured and high density strata firm, with a mixed, diverse and friendly team, from all walks of life, we try to make strata management as pleasant as it can be.

JOB DUTIES:
- You will manage a portfolio of 1,500 lots, circa 11 x high density buildings
- Manage your own portfolio with admin and accounts support
- Help oversee and delegate to your Assistant Owners Corporation Manager
- Coordination of meetings / AGM's etc
- Use PIQ Strata Software (with training)

You will have admin support and training/re-training provided including a handover with the existing strata manager, so you will have a clean start.

Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm, no weekends with flexible start/finish times.

- You will finish approx 12pm on Fridays, meaning you work 4.5 days/week to make up for any after hours meetings during the week.

- 3 days WFH (of your own choosing) from day one, as this is a senior role.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of the strata industry & act
- Ideally with their own similar high density portfolio for 5+ years consecutively, and current experience (with current OC act)
- Great communication skills and admin skills
- Have completed relevant industry training and/or SCA modules
