About the role
In response to building a new Allied Health division within our business, we are seeking an experience Allied Health Administrative Assistant to help our organisation grow! The role will be responsible for assisting our team of Allied Health clinicians with completing relevant documentation, following up on client leads, communicating with clients via phone and email, and a variety of other relevant administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is motivated and passionate about their role and supporting clients with complex needs. This role would be ideal for someone who is at university and has aspirations to become an Allied Health clinician in the future.
Experience Required
- Experience working independently in a similar type of role is desirable, however, we welcome keen and motivate individuals who may have limited administration experience to apply as well
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities are desired
- Knowledge of the NDIS would be preferrable
- Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to resolve concerns and provide assistance
- Driver licence
What we offer
- Part time role (2-3 days per week)
- $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 (pro rata) dependent on experience
- Fortnightly wage
- Great working environment – working from Giralang
