To provide assistance and support to the Allied Health (AH) team in the delivery of an efficient and high-quality service to patients and clients of Auburn Hospital, under the supervision of the treating Allied Health professional.This will include working to support Allied Health discipline specific services (dietetics, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work, speech pathology) across the continuum of care and include activities which support operation of Allied Health departments.Benefits of working for Western Sydney Local Health District:

- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated previous experience working in a health environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a contributing member of the Allied Health team.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload delegated by supervising AHP's, meet deadlines and complete activities within scope of practice, seeking assistance as required.
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and email applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a healthcare service or professional care giving capacity, in a positive manner enhancing the client's ability to achieve positive outcomes and personal goals.
