OverviewProvide assistance and support in the delivery of
Allied Health services to patients/clients of the community and acute settings, under the supervision of an
Allied Health professional. Provide hands on therapy for clients, help facilitate group activities and participate in Home visiting and client assessment/reviews. Work with clients under going rehabilitation/ restorative care, Home /Group Exercise programs and support equipment delivery and set up for clients.
Qualifications:AHA2: Hold or be working towards Certificate 3 in
Allied Health Assistance.AHA3: Certificate 4 in
Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent.Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.Check(s)
- DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
- National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
