Our family-oriented chiropractic wellness centre is seeking a confident, caring and compassionate Receptionist/Clinic Assistant to add value to our clinic by joining our team. Someone who is passionate about helping others and is positive and outgoing.
You will be responsible for creating a warm and hospitable environment in the reception area and ensuring service is provided with a high degree of quality. The role has a strong focus on customer service and at times can be fast paced. A background in allied health would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will:

- have good time management and organisational skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required
- some experience in FrontDesk/PracSuite software required but not essential
Duties and Requirements:
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to Front Desk management:
- Greeting patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Taking payments
- Answering and making calls
- General office duties
- Managing patient flow
- Manage Health insurance questions / Issues
- Balance income/ cash drawer/ electronic accounts and prepare bank deposits
- Managing patient booking software
- General practice cleaning

- The pay range is $28-$35 per hour
Work hours
- Approximately 15-25 hours per week
- Working Days required : Monday to Friday and Occasional Saturday
- Working Hours : Morning shift 8.30am-12:30pm, Afternoon shift 12.30pm-6:30pm
