- Actively participate in shaping the future roadmap of marketing requirements for automated campaigns.
- Leveraging customer insights from Data Science, analytics, finance and competitor trends, to develop rewards contact strategy and annual go-to-market plans.
- Deliver strategic approach for automated and manual Trade Driving campaigns in an omni-channel environment
- Partner with Commercial, Strategy, Marketing, Store Ops and Content teams to develop strategy and communication plans to drive customer loyalty
- Delivering stable financial and base health results using Automation while ensuring all creative and brand support needs are catered for.
- Proven experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Direct Response, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced strategy toolkit e.g. structured problem solving, storytelling
- Strong understanding of customer databases and/or complex data sets, including segmentation, clustering, predictive modelling and financial modelling.
- Strong commercial acumen and proven experience in managing P&L responsibilities, developing and leading successful strategies and contact plans to budget.
