SalaryAbout the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and seasoned Senior Clinician and Allied Health Manager to join our team. You'll have a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our clinical services throughout regional and rural WA. The ideal candidate will lead a passionate team of over 40 Allied Health professionals, ensuring top-notch services are delivered to enhance health outcomes and accessibility for individuals in underserved regions.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise the design, execution, and assessment of clinical initiatives regional and rural WA.
- Guide and support a group of Allied Health professionals, promoting teamwork and a nurturing atmosphere.
- Engage with local stakeholders, medical personnel, and governmental bodies to improve service provision.
- Partner with seniors to cultivate exemplary clinical practices among all AHPs.
- Guarantee adherence to pertinent standards, regulations, and optimal healthcare protocols.
This is a permanent full-time position.

About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in regional and rural WA
- Professional registration
- Proven experience in clinical management or leadership roles
- Strong organisational skills
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to treat participants with a wide range of disabilities
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
- Thorough Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS
- Current Police check
- Cleared Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Cleared NDIS Worker Screen Check
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
