Are you an experienced leader with a passion for healthcare management?
St Giles is a leading provider of Allied Health Services in North-West of Tasmania and has been serving the community for over 86 years. we are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Allied Health Operations Manager.
This newly created position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Allied Health and offers a unique opportunity to put your own stamp on the position.
Role Overview
You will oversee regional day to day operations of Allied Health and practice administration with a primary focus on service delivery and clinical utilisation.
You will provide formative input into the development and implementation of practice administration processes, initiatives, and project plans, aligned to the strategic objectives.
You will drive the operational management of practice administration and Allied Health services, ensuring safety, high quality, and customer-focused care.
You will work collaboratively across all operational areas of St. Giles to promote cross-referrals opportunities.

What we need from you
- Demonstrated management experience (three-years or similar) providing strategic leadership and operational planning and management of health or primary health services.
- Drivers Licence
- National Police Check
- Working with Vulnerable Persons check (child- related activity and NDIS Screening Tool)
