Better Health Pathway is a busy podiatry clinic based in Rockhampton. We have an amazing opportunity for both a full-time and casual receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities- Greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Attending to phone calls and emails
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Processing patient payments including private, medicare and DVA claims
- Uploading and entering patient data with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide high quality support to Allied Health Practitioners in a professional manner using excellence communication skills both verbal and written
- Fax, scan and email documents
- Warm, friendly disposition
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Efficient computer skills and be willing to up skill to use our practice software.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task with high attention to detail
- Confidentially is a must
- Able to work both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to follow policies and procedures whilst prioritising tasks
- Must have well developed communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience as an Allied Health or medical receptionist would be an advantage
