About the roleThe Environmental Service Manager is responsible for the service delivery of Patient Support Services pertaining to all standards and legislative compliance. This role leads and manages a team of catering, cleaning, and security staff at Cowra Health Services. 

The Environmental Service Manager will be responsible for Food services, Food Safety Compliance and reporting, Environmental Services, Cleaning and Waste Management Compliance auditing and reporting, Laundering and Linen Services and supply for the facility.

This role will be comprised of three days dedicated to management duties and two days Hospital Assistant duties that support the delivery of an efficient and effective catering and cleaning services to the patients and facilities within the Health Service.
