About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Allied Health Receptionist to join our team in Cootamundra. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing exceptional service to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
– Managing appointment bookings and patient records
– Handling phone inquiries and coordinating with healthcare professionals
– Processing payments and health insurance claims
– Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
– Supporting administrative tasks as required

About You
You are a motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills. You have a passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact on our patients’ experiences. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with medical software (preferable)
