A great opportunity has become available for a casual receptionist at the clinic. We are a small clinic with 5 Osteopaths and 1 Myotherapist, acupuncture and chinese medicine and podiatrist.
Must be flexible and available to work weeknights. Saturday is not required.
The following is required:
- Warm and friendly with amazing interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise work.
- Excellent computer skills including working with booking systems, excel and other third party systems.
- Enjoys administrative tasks and liasing with clients.
- Professional and able to show empathy.
- Able to work in a team environment.
Tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Answering the phones and taking bookings
- Processing payments including Care plans
- Processing Tac, Work cover and DVA invoices
- Scanning and faxing documents
- General upkeep of the clinic including towels
