Routine Inspections Manager (Full Time) – Gold Coast
Join our dynamic team on the beautiful Gold Coast as a Routine Inspections Manager! Must have current Drivers License and QLD Real Estate Certificate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and conduct off-site routine Property Inspections and open homes.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports for landlords.
- Identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle general administrative duties efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong time management skills.
- Knowledge of Inspect Real Estate and Console Cloud, or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to assess, report, and action property maintenance.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed inspection reports.
- Adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Clear and effective communication with team members, landlords, and tenants.
- An outgoing personality with a collaborative, team-player mindset.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential.
- Familiarity with Console Cloud and Inspect Real Estate software preferable or willingness to learn.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high property standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach.
- Reliable, accurate, and a current driver’s license.
