The Role
Advanced Podiatry Clinic is offering the right person a career path, not just a job! We expect that our staff are enthusiastic and driven in their thirst for knowledge and development. The role is ideally suited to someone with a "can do" attitude, a willingness to learn new things and someone who is process driven. There are endless development opportunities for the right person!
The role will commence on a 6-month contract.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Managing patient bookings
- Fielding telephone calls
- Data entry
- Patient billing and receipting
- Daily banking reporting
- Sterilisation of instruments
- Merchandising
- Footwear sales & inventory management
- General cleaning duties
About You
You will thrive in a customer service environment and possess strong interpersonal skills. You handle high-pressure situations with grace, be organized and have a genuine desire to assist others. We are willing to be flexible for the successful candidate who shows a strong interest and investment into teamwork.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft suite
- High level of computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail.
- Monday to Saturday availability Professional and well-presented image
- Team Player with a "can do" attitude.
- Previous retail experience, including footwear, will be treated favourably.
- Previous experience within the Allied Health reception and patient care would be an advantage.
