Allied Health Receptionist - Part Time

Allied Health Receptionist in Sydney's Inner-west.

This role will suit you if you have a great personality, excellent communication skills (by phone and face to face), good listening skills and a quick learner who isn’t afraid to solve problems.

Previous experience in a medical reception role would be great, but experience in other customer service roles will also be highly regarded.

Key Criteria:

• Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
• A good, clear, telephone manner is essential.
• The ability to follow set procedures and the attention to detail and self discipline to ensure task completion.
• Be able to plan and prioritize your workload.
• Be able to handle multiple tasks and see each through to completion.
• Strong computer skills.
• Work within a team environment and independently as required.
• Accountability, respectful and calm in the face of work pressures.
