Then you could be the perfect Allied Health Team Leader to join the professionals at Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD). We’re looking for a qualified Allied Health Team Leader who:
- Has experience in motivating and managing a large and diverse multidisciplinary Allied Health team
- Will be a lead in the strategic planning and implementation of First 2000 Days for Allied Health
- Wants to be part of a dynamic senior management team that crosses over Nursing, Allied Health and Violence Abuse and Neglect
The Allied Health Team Leader is responsible for five Allied Health disciplines over six sites throughout the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District. The Allied Health team provide assessment and intervention for children and their families. This is a wonderful opportunity to lead a committed and innovative team that want to deliver highest quality care. There is responsibility for budget, activity, workforce, work health and safety and facilities. The Allied Health Team Leader plays a key role in the development of evidence based care and cohesive service provision across disciplines and across services within the Division of Kids & Families.

This is a temporary Part time 32 hour per week position until end of June 2024 with the possibility of an extension subject to funding.
