OVERVIEW
The Allocations Analyst is responsible for the timely allocations of stock to ensure the right inventory in the right store to meet our customers needs. They are responsible for raising PO's based on the Planners forecast and tracking the stock into the country to ensure an in stock position to meet our customer's needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create product allocations weekly based on Customer OTB requirements and internal warehouse constraints; Follow the allocations through to success, resolving issues with Customers where needed.
- Raise PO's based on Planners Forecasts.
- Track delivery of PO's to ensure in-stock position needed.
- Consistently review product sales and stock performance, recommending actions to capitalize on opportunities.
- Place special emphasis on the analysis of aged inventories, recommending financially viable solutions to ensure the health of inventory holdings.
- Ownership of product maintenance and data accuracy.

- Customer store in-stock position meets company targets.
- PO's are accurately raised.
- PO's on time.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Allocation Analysts in Accessories or Seasonal Softgoods.
- Strong financial and numerical acumen
- Prior experience with end-to-end supply chain logistics
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Power BI Reporting
- Initiative to recognize or identify potential problems or challenges early and resolution skills to implement solutions accordingly
